I have been working with uptown realty for over 6 months trying to find and purchase a home. We had some pretty odd contracts, and as we hit issue after issue, all of which were not related to uptown, they never stopped going above and beyond to help. We have officially closed on our new home and its due to their diligence that we got it to go through. Will work with Bob and Mellisa on all future real estate items. They are wonderful people and a great company.

Bob and Melissa managed my rental property in Athens for 2 and a half years and were an absolute pleasure to work with. They were always very responsive and kept great records of any maintenance performed on the house. With a stroke of luck my apartment complex was bought by Uptown Rentals. Our old landlords were terrible and the difference is astonishing. There were so many things broken in the apartment that were ignored by the previous landlord, but when Uptown Rentals came in they fixed everything almost immediately. They are nothing but communicative about every detail which is very much appreciated. I am so grateful to be renting under them!
