I am contacting you today to express my appreciation to Dr. Welsh’s at Dental Arts for her referral to Dental Depot for a root canal procedure on January 24, 2025. Anyone who has had a root canal procedure knows that it is kind of stressful. Between Dr. Welsh’s referral and having Dr. Susi perform the procedure, everything went smoothly.
I did not want to have to travel a great distance to get a root canal and I especially did not want to have to go to Columbus. Dr.Susi is at Dental Depot two times a month which allowed me to get the root canal closer to home. I live approximately 20 minutes from Athens and this certainly made the procedure less stressful. Again, I would like to extend my appreciation to Dr. Welsh, who is my regular dentist at Dental Arts, for her referral so that I could get the procedure done here in Athens.
The staff at Dental Depot were extremely helpful with arranging for the appointment, helping me with the paperwork, and contacting my insurance company. When I went in for the procedure, I knew in advance what my cost would be and what my insurance would be paying. The staff in the reception area and throughout the office were extremely professional, kind, and patient. I certainly would be more than willing to recommend this office to any of my friends for any future dental work, especially if they need a root canal.
Dr. Susi was an extremely professional and nice person. He came in the room, introduced himself to me, and began an explanation of the procedure. He continued to explain things as he went along and was very concerned about my comfort during the procedure. He asked me several times how I was doing. During the procedure with Dr. Susi, I felt no pain and I felt as though he did care about my comfort and my well-being. He also said he would follow up after the procedure with a phone call to ask if I was doing ok and he did call me at home. I told him I was doing ok and was not in pain. I would have absolutely no problem recommending him to any of my friends in the future if they had to have dental work done, especially a root canal.
