Dean Heating and Cooling had someone out quickly to review our HVAC on a house we recently purchased. They were able to rate the efficiency of our system and tell us about our options if we wanted to replace our 11-year old HVAC. I appreciate them laying out options for us and checking the functionality of what we currently have. Our house is about 100 years old, so it was peace of mind to have a professional look under the hood, so to speak, and see what we’re running.

They cane out on very short notice to fix my AC on one of those 93 degree days. I called after hours on a Friday night, and they had a tech out Saturday morning. He was polite, friendly, and very efficient.
