We just bought our house and recently had an issue with the 25 year old geothermal system I called them and they were out a couple days and replaced a part but then our system went down 5 days after the install of the new part and they were back out that day. They came over and did something (I don’t speak AC lol) and it’s working great. Customer service is an A++ from the McIntyre family.

Ziegler has always been great whether it's been for maintenance or an emergency. Had an issue last Winter with the furnace and they fixed it in 30 minutes. Just had an issue with AC and they were out same day and technician was honest and informative. Wouldn't think to even try anyone else. They are top notch!
