I worked with Cara and her amazing team all throughout my pregnancy and can say with 100% certainty that it made a world of a different. Not just managing my symptoms throughout pregnancy, but in preparing me for labor and making recovery go fast and smoothly. They are such a warm, kind and supportive group of women and I would definitely recommend anyone struggling with anything PT and especially pelvic floor related to give them a call.

This is my first time going through physical therapy. I will only go to Synergy now. Everyone is very warm and welcoming. You can tell they love their jobs, and they genuinely love helping you. Excellent team of PT's and PTA's who have helped me both with one-on-one focused help and then with on-going exercise classes tailored to my specific needs. Very real results! I highly recommend this friendly office and staff.
