Called to have the generator its annual maintenance that includes an oil filter/oil change. On the first call I got an appointment. Tho Leo wasn't available, Dan came out. He was personable and thorough. I chose morning. The dispatcher called me early that morning to tell me which tech was coming and what time he was arriving. The company takes coupons. I always have one ready. Payment at time of service is cash, credit card or check. Receipt comes in email.

Had a older fan installed in our kitchen ceiling... Yes it was installed in the ceiling, held in place with all thread bolted to the attic floor. I provide the fan and the tech replaced the old wiring with a new proper ceiling mount box and installed the new fan. The price was on the higher side but worth the price. The tech LC Love was sociable and went out of his way to keep my kitchen clean and even offered to bring the old fan out to the trash for me. I am 100% sure if you shop around you will find a better deal but you get what you pay for. From calling to installation it was less then 24 hours. The tech was polite and knowledgeable. The electrician who came to my house was very professional, however, while he was speaking to his manager on the phone, I heard very disrespectful, and derogatory comments about my request to get an estimate that would be valid for 60 days. Needless to say anymore, I'm giving my business to a competitor.
