This company is AMAZING. I called over a Holiday weekend and they assisted me over the phone saving me $400. They came out during the week found the issue costing less than $100. Blessed to have found them. All the technicians were polite and helpful. I’m a new customer for sure.
The technician showed up ready and willing to hear what I had been experiencing with my unit. He was also knowledgeable and respectful and friendly. He was honest and was not trying to sale me something. It seemed like he really cared about my concerns and financial well-being. Others have come and ripped me off, but I was blessed. Every person I've dealt with from this company was a pleasure.
Service techs very familiar with my equipment and were quick to identify and fix a hidden vent pipe leak. They cleaned up so well when done that they left no trace that they did filter replacements and vent leak repairs. Great job!
