The 2 gentlemen who do these projects, are amazing. They did a fantastic job. They were courteous, understanding and bent over backwards for us. They helped us with all of the issues that we needed adressed. They kept everything clean. Thay removed all the problem areas and laid covering on the floor to make sure they didn't ruin any flooring that is not affected and kept contamination to a minimal. 10 out of 10 would request again. Joe and his team went above and beyond our expectations local down to earth people owner operator love supporting our community. It was a plus they are dog lovers and loved on our pitty. I’d highly recommend them hands down.
We had major water damage and mold from burst pipes in my mother in laws house. The insurance company had a mitigation company go out and after they left it still smelled musty and everything was still damp. The insurance company sent a small amount to repair what was torn out which would have never covered the damage. Joe worked with the insurance company to get the original mitigation company’s bill voided and was able to resolve our mold issue and dry out the house properly. He also did everything possible to get the insurance company to fork over more money in which he succeeded in getting us almost $50k more than what they originally gave us.
