We had major water damage and mold from burst pipes in my mother in laws house. The insurance company had a mitigation company go out and after they left it still smelled musty and everything was still damp. The insurance company sent a small amount to repair what was torn out which would have never covered the damage. Joe worked with the insurance company to get the original mitigation company’s bill voided and was able to resolve our mold issue and dry out the house properly. He also did everything possible to get the insurance company to fork over more money in which he succeeded in getting us almost $50k more than what they originally gave us. We had a leak in our upstairs bathroom and got in touch with Joe Zinski through our contractor at Nailed In, Garrett Stump. Joe did a great job in removing compromised materials but more importantly dealt with our insurance company to determine and assess coverage. All this done with a great attitude and quick turnaround!
