The gentleman asked what my needs were. I told him we have a split level home so I wanted a lightweight vacuum. He didn't try to sell me the most expensive one, he sold me the one that would work the best for me. He plugged it in so I could try it and made sure I was happy. I'll definitely be back and recommend to anyone with vacuum needs. They also rent out a carpet shampooer and do repairs!
