Due to not having insurance in the past few years, it had been quite a while since I had been to the dentist. I came in as a new patient today with the worry that I would be "judged." Quite the contrary! The staff at the Ashland office is amazing! I felt very comfortable the minute I walked in. I dealt mostly with Julie and Dr. Tepe and felt the respect they had for each other and me. Although it's a very professional office, I found myself laughing and actually enjoying my visit. I highly recommend them to anyone looking for a caring dental office!
This place is very friendly, efficient, and clean! Also, their online scheduling is very convenient! I recently had a root canal and a crown done on the same day and Dr. Baker and his assistant were very kind and professional. I even received a phone call the next morning from Dr. Baker himself calling to check on how I was feeling after the procedure and if I had any questions.
