We hired Justin to do a general home inspection for us. As first time home buyers, the entire process can be a bit overwhelming and scary. Justin was amazing. He was not only affordable, and extremely thorough, but, he was able to get to the property very quickly to keep our contract deadlines in-tact and moving along swiftly. He was extremely knowledgeable and had absolutely no issues explaining to us exactly what everything meant, why it could be/would be an issue, and what to expect. He handles all of our properties, gives estimates with no expectations and is more than willing to work with you to get fixed up what is needed.
