It was my first time at the salon and I booked haircuts for my 2 grandchildren with Jessica. She was so sweet and did a fantastic job on both my granddaughter and grandson. Every single person that worked there was kind and sweet. We will definitely continue to go back to Jessica. My grandkids loved the experience!
When I made my appointment I had hesitated due to prior bad experiences at other salons/nail studios. Jessica reached out to ensure my appointment booked properly in their system as she had noticed an error only a few minutes after I had booked. The staff were all kind, courteous and went out of their way to make me feel special and pampered and to help alleviate any stress or anxieties I had about my appointment. They were respectful of my budget and I walked out feeling like a whole new me. I highly recommend them for any beauty needs!
