This is a great business. They respond very quickly to any of your pool issues. Andy and Abel were a great team coming to our house to fix our pool leak. They were kind and communicated well about any questions we had.

I came here because of convenience and left there as a lifetime customer. The two ladies working there were super knowledgeable about all 100 questions I asked, and on top of that, they were just so nice. They were so nice that I didn't want to leave. Love this place because of them. I feel like when you own a pool or spa, you already know it will cost money. I don't really look at prices because I know it's going to cost something. What I do look for is building a relationship with someone I feel like I can trust, and Family Pools & Spas sold me just that. Those ladies have 100 percent of my trust and I will continue to shop there because of them. Love this place
