Cyrus was very helpful. Answered all my questions honestly and was very polite and knowledgeable. My basement has standing water that was coming from the HVAC unit and Cyrus immediately figured out the problem. All I needed was a new condensater pump. He very quickly installed that and let me know some other areas on the unit that may need to be serviced here in the near future. All in all, he was great and definitely will recommend Comfort Control.

Matt and Michael did a great job from start to ginish. We wanted to change our wood burning fireplace to gas and Logan gave us a great quote. Matt and Michel kept us onformed every step of the installation and cleanef everything whem finished. Matt also explained everything we needed to know about using the remote and replacing product when needed. Thanks everyone...we are ready for cold weather now.

I installed a new thermostat purchased from their Ashland office. They were very helpful. I had very little issues with installation. The ghost in the system however chose to mock me. I called to have a technician check the system and it works wonderfully (ghost in the system needed an experience person to get it running). Consumers need to know when to ask for help. Thank you Ashland Comfort for the excellent service I have received over the years!
