Comfort Control is a full-service heating, air conditioning, plumbing, and fireplace contractor serving the Ashland, Ohio community since 1980. They provide residential and commercial installation, repair, and preventative maintenance for a variety of products and manufacturers. The professional technicians are known for their quick response, polite and professional service. They are efficient, tidy, and explain issues well, completing work right away. Customers appreciate the excellent service and consistently positive experiences with the knowledgeable team. Mike H and Cubby replaced an entire HVAC system, arriving early, making sure customers knew how to operate the new equipment, and cleaning up everything before they left. Cyrus was very helpful, answered all questions honestly, and was very polite and knowledgeable. Cyrus immediately figured out a basement standing water problem coming from the HVAC unit and quickly installed a new condensater pump, also letting the customer know some other areas on the unit that may need to be serviced. Matt and Michael did a great job from start to finish changing a wood burning fireplace to gas, keeping customers informed every step of the installation and cleaning everything when finished. Matt also explained everything needed to know about using the remote and replacing product when needed.
Mike, Corey, and Adin swapped out our HVAC system and were very polite and efficient! Logan did a good job securing us a great deal and the overall experience has been great! I would highly recommend this team to anyone looking for HVAC services!

My story is long, so I’ll spare the details. A special call-out though to the extraordinary people of Ashland Comfort Control who all had a part in saving my sanity before the extreme frigid temps this week…..Emily (who answered my call during the snowstorm on a Sunday evening -and then checked a few things and called me back 2 minutes later), then Travis (who braved the treacherous driving conditions to come make sure I had heat that night).
