I was working over the road and had my miniature schanuzer with me. She has was diagnosed with IBS. I ran out of her meds and she was sick again. I came across this vet and the receptionist was super nice and took my girl in with no question. When I met Dr. Jaime it was like he had known us forever. He got khloes records from her vet and gave me exactly what I needed to make sure khloe was fine. He answered all my questions and was super knowledgeable. His tech that was in the room with him was super sweet. He knew I was working on the road. So he made sure she had enough of her meds to get her through til we could get home again. We’ve been coming here for years with our two dogs .. And they never left us down .. They treat us like we’re part of family ..I have one senior dog and if she isn’t feeling good they immediately get her in ..
After taking my pets to another local vet (who was okay, but not as thorough and certainly SO much more expensive), I started care with AVC. Dr Zimmerman is a caring and compassionate veterinarian, the vet techs and assistants are knowledgeable and kind, and they try so hard to work with their patients on a financial level. My Winnie and Ollie are always in good hands and I wouldn't trust my boys with anyone else.
