They were very gentle & careful with my pups. They explained everything I needed to do since I found out 1 of my dogs was diabetic. It's a great place & ur animals r in good hands there.

Dr. Katie went out of her way to talk to me on the phone while my mom brought Lucy Cat in sick. That extra time meant the world. The care and love Lucy received was amazing as well. She is now getting back to her old self <3

Pondview is the greatest. Too bad they're so busy they aren't able to take on more customers. Been going there since 1996 with Dr Pat D. and the tradition of individualized care, dedication and devotion to you and your pet continues today. They are angels on earth.
