This was our first time boarding with Canine Comfort Suites. We were apprehensive because it was somewhere new for our boys, Hugo (Frenchie) and Charlie (pug). They are kind of set in their ways. Canine Comfort kept us informed when we asked questions. They loved on them like they were their own. This place is phenomenal and we WILL be back. The boys are exhausted, but that’s because they had such a great time! PLEASE patronize these WONDERFUL boarders. You and your dogs will not regret it!
Chelsea took amazing care of our pups! We’ve boarded other places and our dogs always came home dysregulated, peeing in the house, etc. that would take me at least two weeks to get them back to normal. One pup would always come home hoarse from barking so much. We had NO issues whatsoever when they came home from Canine Comfort Suites. It was such a relief. They were happy, calm and just like we dropped them off. You could tell Chelsea & her family really care about their well being. I loved that they were taken out regularly instead of just having a door to go outside whenever they wanted; that made a huge difference for our pups. Plus they got treats every day which is not a norm at home so they were in heaven. Thank you Chelsea for taking SUCH good care of them!
We used CCS for our 2 GSP PUPS & I am soooo pleased! QUICK communication alone was 10/10. However they worked with us to ensure boarding was a possibility, they had lots of patience. My dogs were well taken care of and loved. Such a good experience for the first time boarding. THANK YOU, we will be back!
