Kelly goes above & beyond! My German Shepard was looking very rough and straggly. I dropped her off at Pet Palace & when i picked her up, she looked like a completely different dog! Thank you so much for squeezing her in! She looks amazing.

I have been going to Pet Palace since the beginning of time. I had a dog named Bear that was long hair. I took him somewhere else and I don't know what happened but he was never the same. He was so scared.. Then I found Pet Palace.. I am on my second dog there and even a cat, whom could be trouble. The staff are great and caring. Even when they moved I followed. My lab Ace is 13 years old and he has never been to anyone else. Love you guys!!!

Did a really nice job on my Molly. And she didn’t have to stay all day, only there a little over 2 hours. Kelly was very friendly, even brought Molly out to the car for me when I picked her up. Thank you so much Kelly and Molly looks forward to the next grooming.
