We have had two home remodels done by Airclaws. Ray came out for our first project and listened to our needs for the homes we were remodeling. He patiently and creatively went through all of our options with us and finally helped us find the best mini-split units for our homes. Waylon did the rough in then the final install in our two latest remodels. He is a wonderfully competent kind person who is efficient and really knows his stuff. He had to problem solve on the spot for our latest remodel; and did so in way that still met our needs for the home. We have had Eddy come out and diagnose some of our older units as well as some of our older water heaters. He has always been respectful, efficient and kind. He takes his time to explain what he has found with his diagnoses so we understand and can then make competent decisions on what to do next. Lydia, Tina and Adrienne have all had a hand in helping us coordinate the schedules of their team with our contractors and tenants, making every project flow effortlessly.
