Called Jerry and he was very patient and recommended various things to do over the phone. A couple days later he showed up and performed his intial diagnosis and treatment. Since then he has been very thorough and professional. I am not one to put much trust in anyone, but he has completely earned my trust. If we had a lot more Jerry's in this world, it would be a better place. I hope to never need ProKill's services ever again. But, if I do, Jerry will get a call!
