Terrible customer service. Tim Messer is the owner & avoid calls, texts & emails. He does not respond promptly or at all. He claims he’s too busy. Countertops quality is terrible & we have been trying to get it resolved for 8 months. What we expect him to do to resolve this & what he is willing to do are miles apart. There is no warranty & he does not hold up his end of the agreement in any way. Do not use this company. There is not enough cost savings from granite or other countertops. Find a professional company & avoid this one.
I used this company to install our countertops in our basement when it was under the previous ownership and I have nothing but positive things to say about the company they USED TO BE. HOWEVER, I reached out and found they were under new ownership but that the old owner was still involved in the business so I asked for a job to be completed for our kitchen and bathrooms. The kitchen countertops have shown tons of scratches when it was supposed to be super durable. The bathroom has discoloration from heat products on the countertops which again, wasn't supposed to be an issue. I reach out to the owner and he comes out to my house to see the scratched surfaces, and he is baffled! Acts like this never happens and says they've been very busy but he would get me on the books to have someone come out to "buff it out" and repair it. That was FEBRUARY. I'm still trying to get ahold of Ken and he will not return my calls/texts/voicemails.
Counters failed immediately after install. Scratches throughout, very soft so appliances left indentations. Discoloring & fading gloss in spots. Continuing to get worse. They tried to repair them but were unable. I agreed to a minuscule settlement just to be done with them and I have been waiting for months for him to even do that much. His response is horrible & he doesn't return emails, calls or texts. I have filled out paperwork for court to be reimbursed for the entire amount. They are unwilling to replace these & apparently unwilling to hold up any end of their agreement.
