They communicated great with my in-laws during the entire process. My in-laws had roof damage from a few storms that came through the Chillicothe area in the Spring. Gouge Roofing stepped in and met multiple times with the insurance company to make sure they were able to get the roof FULLY covered. That was huge for our family. My family was impressed throughout the experience. We would recommend them 10/10 for sure!
