The dr is super nice (when I take my dogs) but there customer service sucks ! Anytime I’ve called , nobody ever answers and I leave a message but don’t get called back. Nobody should have to keep calling to get an appointment.
My family has been going to west side for as long as I can remember! And once I get my own dog I will be going there as well. The staff is amazing and dr. B is incredible with my family’s dogs! ❤️
Always took great care of my pets but would be nice if they answer the phone. Calling for a week now to get an appointment and no one will answer the phone. Please do better with customer service.
