I liked everything from online scheduling of the appointment, easy check in and a very good experience with all the staff members. I was very impressed by the way I was treated. There was so much expertise and caring from Karen and the rest of the staff.
Doctor at this practice is beyond great. I've had to take my son here twice since moving to the area and not having a pediatrician, and he is fantastic with my son. He listens fully and helps. Clinical and office staff of the office are amazing too!
My first experience was not so great. My provider was I believe Karen and she was barely in the room for 2 mins. I had been suffering from a sinus infection I believe for atleast 10 days. I had so much pressure in my face my eyes were swollen. I was told it was viral and that it would last up to two weeks and I was sent on my way. I literally left and cried in my car.
I went in the next day because it had gotten worse and I seen Paul. He took his time to really hear me and what I had been dealing with. Got me medicine to help knocked this infection out.
