My doctor is super nice, but the front office there makes me want to pull my hair out of my head. I call and call and they don’t pick up their phones, nor call back after leaving a message. The billing department keeps on billing me a bill constantly with no alterations of bill coding through my insurance. Now mind you me and my husband are on the same insurance and i’m the only one getting billed, so there’s something wrong there. Do NOT go to this office, after this appointment with them i’m taking my business elsewhere. I’m telling you, the office is lazy and careless. To the office, do better..

They rush you in & out and hardly listen to your concerns. I figured it was just the particular doctor I was seeing, so I switched doctors within the same facility & still felt the same way. I was rushed in & I was rushed out. I was cut off & not listened to. Also, good luck getting them to answer their phones or call you back. Would not recommend.

What a joke! Months in a row have left a refill request on the 'REFILL REQUEST LINE' SEVERAL TIMES for a med that cannot have refills and must be called in every month, not once did they call it in, gave constant excuses, had to personally show up and raise a stink to get anything done. Takes over a month to get an appointment, do NOT WASTE YOUR TIME WITH THESE PEOPLE. I ignored the bad reviews and thought well maybe just cranky patients... NOPE THEYRE THAT BAD
