I am 43 years old, and have been in more tow trucks than i care to remember. Mike from mels towing, has to be one of the most helpful and professional tow truck drivers on the planet. A situation that couldve been 10x more crippling, turned out to be a blessing, and mostly thanks to Mike, Mels towing, and a smal shout out to Stark county sheriff's. Spread love people! Mike answered my road side assistance call but unfortunately my car wasn't able to be started. Mike stayed while I turned my service call into a tow call. He was patient, and professional and did a great job getting me and the car back home. Highly recommend.
Mel’s Towing came in like superheroes when we were in a tough and tricky situation. The guys were friendly, not judgy at all and super fast/safe.
