They said be here at 8:30 am on thursday, i get here the door is locked so i call the phone number posted on the sighn wich calls out of country somewhere else to be transferred several times then a guy comes out saying it wont open untill 9 am even though the sighn says 8:30 am and the appointment wont be until 11 am which i was told will all be at 8:30 am. Video proof retained. I have many other important wrrands to run this desregard should be accounted for and its criminal. Thanks for not only ruining my whole day Coleman Center but the oppertunitys i had plannned for today. Furious!
Worst place ever. I'd never recommend this place to anyone. Tried calling for counseling and got attitude by the child who was taking my call. Now I can see why their clients are dropping like flies. Also wonder why suicide rates are up, because of places like this!
