Dr. Reiss was professional and thoroughly reviewed my eye history. He evaluated the problem and has put me in touch with a specialist to hopefully improve my eyesight in one eye. The entire staff was friendly and helpful. After going to another top eye care center for about 10 years, I grew tired of the over-booking (long waits) and at times, unfriendly staff. I was also seeing an Eye Doctor who didn't seem to know how to deal with my problem. I am glad I chose Clarkson and Dr. Reiss.
5 star office! Dr Reiss is a very good thorough and spends time with you and doesn’t rush you. The whole staff is very friendly and polite. Wendy fitted my new glasses and took an old pair that was falling off my face and fixed them so they wouldn’t! Again 5 star office!
Above and beyond care by all of the staff at my visit. The techs were great, Dr Reiss was so helpful and explained everything and made great recommendations for contacts. The last tech was helpful explaining what my insurance covered and Thank God I can finally see clearly again! Thank you all!
