Fantastic customer service, great pricing and great results for my carpet and couch. Thank you Lynn, Donovan, and Tyler for a great experience and results! Do not hesitate to call with questions and schedule services with a local, reputable company with a focus on employing veterans.
From the very beginning, I was extremely satisfied with the service. My first phone call to schedule the appointment was handled by someone who was incredibly polite and pleasant. When I needed to reschedule, they accommodated me without any hassle.
The technicians arrived on time, were professional, courteous, and took the time to explain all the costs upfront. They answered all my questions and made sure all my needs were taken care of.
The carpet cleaning results exceeded my expectations. They removed all the dog stains left by the previous tenant. Even stains on a rug that I thought might never come out looked dramatically better after the cleaning.

I have an older dog and she sometimes has accidents. She's had a particular bad one the other night and the carpet needed a quick cleaning. Unable to get my usual cleaner on the schedule for at least two weeks (becoming more common with them unfortunately), I found Veteran's Carpet. I gave them a call and they were very accommodating. They had a team out that same day. The cleanup was extremely thorough and the team was very professional - no trace of an accident to be seen after the cleaning. I will be reaching back out Veteran's Carpet from here on out for my carpet cleaning needs.
