Staff makes you feel welcome. They have a rewards program, I've never seen that before. Dr.'s explain everything, even showing you xrays & walking you through the process.
The visit was heartbreaking for our family, but the tech Brooklyn did literally everything she could for the kids and Who Dey. She made him comfortable, she communicated well with everyone but she went out of her way to comfort the kids, get them prints and do what she could to try and help them and us in an overall traumatic situation. As soon as he started passing in the room before the doctor came back with medication she picked him up and quickly took him to the back so the kids didn’t have to see him die like that, and he wasn’t a little dog. That girl is all heart and we will definitely be switching vets because of the care we got.

I was nervous bringing Apollo to the vet because he’s a Pit and they have such a bad rap but everyone we encountered were super nice, personable, and never showed any type of fear towards Apollo. The vet, Ethan Carder was wonderful and even sat on the floor with Apollo which I think helped calm his nerves a ton!
