After water started backing up in our kitchen sink, I thought we just needed the pipes snaked to remove the clog. To my surprise, the clog couldn't be snaked despite a valiant effort by Saki, who took care to avoid damaging the pipes. His explained the cause, which was an undersized drain pipe. After receiving a bid on the job to replace the pipe and agreeing to have the work done, Saki and his helper came back the next business day to perform the work. He thoroughly tested for leaks and cleaned up nicely after the job was done. Admittedly, I wasn't expecting a $250 snaking to turn into a $2500 repair, but Saki did a great job getting our plumbing issue fixed... read full review
