Marshall Alarm was referred to me by a friend. After contacting them, their representative Debbie came by to assess my needs for a security system. She was very professional and knew exactly what I needed to feel secure in my home. She was personable and did not oversell. The day of install, Marshall Jr. came by to install. He was neat and did the job very professionally. He took his time explaining the use of the keypad to me-also offered me his cell phone in case I had any problems. I couldn't have asked for more! I have been working with Marshall Alarm for over 40 years. They just installed a new alarm system in my third home over that time. The attention to detail has been and continues to be first class. Debbie is very attentive and great to work with and the installers Robert and Joe were excellent.
Was looking for a home security system / company and had the luck of finding this company. Debbie was great at explaining everything to us and not looking to oversell or find ways to make more money off of us. She recommended what she thought was appropriate for our home and we didn’t feel any pressure to move forward.
