The paint department is specifically Great compared to Home Depot, Associate Pamela frm paint not only helped me with my paint but helped me in two other departments that she doesn’t even work in, Management needs to put 12 more of HER in the building!! She’s the best.

After a harrowing experience at Home Depot on day 1 of our full gut renovation I tried my luck at Lowes. The employees could not be more helpful, patient, or accommodating. After my experience at Lowes I cancelled all my orders from Home Depot and replaced them at Lowes. Kara in paint, Conor in doors, Tom in flooring, and the AM Jonathan all deserve raises because their kindness and patience brought $10k worth of business moved from HD to Lowes. Could not recommend this story higher. I'm a literal walking Lowes advertisement these days singing their praises.
