Got a same day appt! Wow! Staff is pleasant, helpful and courteous. Had the nurse PA, addressed all of my concerns, answered my questions.....in and out. Can't ask for more!
My experience here was very quick. No wait at all. The staff were very friendly and welcoming. I felt comfortable for the time being there. The physician was very professional, kind, and thorough with the whole procedure. My medical assistant was awesome. Ruth was so sweet and explained everything they were going to do for me. This is my second visit and i highly recommend! Ive been to the carmel location as well as the yorktown location, i have no complaints.
I usually see dr. Hoffman which I love, but I couldn't get in to see her for a few weeks, so the secretary asked me if I wanted to see dr. stano in the yorktown office. i usually don't do that bc I get used to 1 dr..i agreed, the staff was very friendly.. dr. stano was excellent, she made me feel very comfortable, she was friendly and easy to talk to.
