If I would have to give one word it would be RUN!!! Do NOT use this company for any kind if skylight replacement or repair. We used them because we had a few cracked domes and were selling our home so decided to update and make more modern. We had absolutely no problems with any leaking problems prior to them replacing the skylights. AFTER replacement leaks in the ceilings see photos!! And best part is they would not stand by their work or service!!!! Cost us an additional $$$450 to have someone come in and fix around the sky light. I ordered four flashing kits for my Roto skylights from Skylight Specialists because I'm haveing a new roof put on. These are hard to find items because Roto is out of business. There was a problem with shipping, two flashing kits were lost by UPS. Cindy contacted UPS but they were not able to help, so she shipped two more kits to me! Cindy did a great job and I will use Skylight Specialists again for sure!

I have know the owners of this company for quite some time and as far as the product is concern, it is fabulous! I have four skylight over 30 years old made by these same people and not one single problem! The units last forever!
