“I cannot recommend ITS enough. After dealing with several shady cleaners who used bait-and-switch and other dishonest methods in their estimates and other business practices (including fake Google reviews), I was lucky enough to find Doug's company. We had a smoke damage issue and there was a time crunch because of renovation deadlines. I called ITS one evening after having been strung along and then ghosted by another cleaning company, and Doug immediately answered. He was direct and honest and helpful. His guys cleaned the apartment today and they were terrific--Erik and Ian and their crew. They helped alleviate a very stressful situation. I am so glad I found ITS. I recommend them in the highest possible terms. Their honest and decent business practices feel like such a rarity in the damage remediation arena. Thank you, Doug (and Erik and Ian!).”
