I've been with Hart's for over 40 years and found them to be excellent. Over the years, they've installed an oil heater, two or three water heaters, replaced pipes and always responded promptly to any request. Jay and Alex have been great whenever we had a problem. Their oil and service rates are usually better than the competition - commendable for a full-service company. I would highly recommend them.
I made the mistake of switching to another fuel service several years ago, based on price of fuel. They didn't even have a service department that could come out and restart my furnace because we ran out of fuel (their fault). We switched back.
