I was recently introduced to Grassroots Yoga & Wellness and I am so grateful! I really look forward to class on Sundays! It is such a laid back and relaxing environment. I highly recommend this yoga studio

I would love to share my joyful experiences at Marybeth's 9:30 am Thursday "Yoga Therapy Flow" classes. Marybeth is such a wonderful yoga therapy teacher and her instructions are so respectful, careful and caring. She always begins by grounding us and helping us put all our worries and " the things that have to be done" aside, so we can receive her lessons. This morning's class (April 20, 2023) was perhaps the best yoga therapy class I have ever been a part of. If you are looking to feel better, let your joy come through and just generally feel complete relaxation, I would suggest that you join Marybeth and benefit from her knowledge... read full review

Amazing Studio. Large open space with bright skylights. Teachers are awesome. Haven't taken a class with everyone since I am only in Wurtsboro for holidays and weekends, but love Andrea T.
