We worked with Laura to purchase a second home upstate. We saw a couple of properties of interest until we found THE ONE. It was well sought after with over 50 attendees at the open house. Laura strategized on how to present our bid including price, lawyer selection, and suggested closing date. She really understands the process and how to frame the deal psychologically as a buyer and a seller. Plus she’s a joy to work with AND was able to recommend some very good auxiliary professionals like a lawyer, inspector, painter, septic company, etc.

What an incredible team Vicki and Laura The Brits were to work with. They went above and beyond expectations and were so helpful. I live in NJ and the house I was selling had some issues that needed attention, Vicki was so nice ro arrange to meet contractors for me which sabed me the 2 hour drive. They know the area so well and the result was with their guidance the property was priced right and sold quickly. Can't speak highly enough of the Brits, I didn't know of them before and they became friends thru the process. They are the best!!!
