Horrible and rude service. Saturday Reception doesn’t know what they’re doing. 2 weeks ago I came by they asked for id and insurance and they would call me Monday. Never called never followed up. Fast forward today I call, tell them the scenario, and to not have me come up there for no reason and again denied.

Everyone at thera dynamics are so professional and friendly. The Therapists are great. the therapy is very helpful for recovery. I went for my knees. The pain I was enduring when I first started going was unbearable. I'm still going for physical therapy but I'm so much better. I have a torn meniscus on both knees plus arthritis. They use electrodes, biofreeze gel, heat packs, massage, and different kinds of exercise therapies. The elliptical bike is awesome. I also have bulging discs in my lower back and they are taking care of me and on the first day of physical therapy, I can't tell you how much relief I felt afterwards. Been calling and the person who answer the phone tells me they have moved and I told her that I cant travel that far so was am gonna get my therapy she said she don't know. Now I have to find somewhere else
