after having a truly horrific experience at another shop, I set out to get it fixed, I was sheepishly peeking into the window of this place trying to catch a vibe when a barber saw me and waved me in warmly. I am visibly queer, transmasc nonbinary Fresh off an absolutely intentional hack job from another shop, I was very scared, and my barber here could absolutely tell and worked hard to put me at ease . Visited the barbershop this morning, its really professional & making the customer a king. Thanks Mr. Sal for your amazing barber skills & professionaity. Secondly, I would to thank from the bottom of my heart to the receptionist in Balzan, who really worked meticulously with me, as I have a communication barrier. Thanks so much all the team ?
