I have been going to Dawn for electrolysis for over a year and am an extremely satisfied customer. When I first consulted Dawn, I was welcomed into a very clean and inviting work space. Calming music playing and a beautiful, organic smelling (non-offensive) scent permeated the room. And it's just so every visit. Equipment is modern and clean. She patiently and thoroughly explained what the process would be like as well as precautions I should take. Everything is efficient and clearly done with care and consideration for the customer. She has ice available and is a good great communicator throughout. Dawn is lovely to talk to and very relatable, making the actual electrolysis a more tolerable experience than it would be elsewhere I'm sure. After a year, she is consistently professional and pleasant and I couldn't recommend her more highly. I always feel more like a friend than a transaction, which I imagine one always wants to feel.
