I had the utmost pleasure and honestly luck of being assisted by Rachael and let me say, she’s phenomenal!! I had quite a few items I wanted to purchase online, but they were sold out, and Rachael located ALL of them from Bluemercury stores across the country and facilitated the purchase. She called me back with all the tracking numbers. She is very professional, knowledgeable and kind. I highly, highly recommend Rachael and this store..finally a store that cares about its customers and provides outstanding customer service. A+++ Rachael!!!!!

I had a great afternoon yesterday. I went for a make up lesson. The three ladies working were lovely. Jessica did the make up lesson. She was enthusiastic and a pleasure to chat with while she was demonstrating techniques. I never felt pressure to buy more than what was required for experience (although I did). I will for sure be a return customer.

I love Blue Mercury. I have been coming to this location for awhile. This past weekend we took my mom to get her makeup done for her birthday and it was one of the best I've ever seen. I love the staff and the products.
