“Had a busted pipe somewhere in the house. I could hear it and point to the general direction but I had no idea how to access it. Doug arrived and I gave him some background as to what was happening and within 5 minutes he was in a crawl space that I didn't even know existed. After replacing the broken pipes he made sure pressure was good throughout, and then when we heard more running water, he went back into the crawl space to fix another broken pipe. I would expect most plumbers to be able to fix our problem, but Doug is just a really nice guy and professional. You can tell he knows his stuff but that he also enjoys what he does. I spoke to him after he repaired the pipes as I had some other plumbing questions throughout my house and he took his time to explain everything. He wasn't in a hurry and wasn't trying to give me simple responses to my questions. I thought what he charged me for the job was very fair and I didn't feel like I was being cheated or skinned for more money. It's nice to be able to say that the next time I have a plumbing issues, I'm only going to call DPL. 5 stars and highly recommend.“
