I was experiencing problems with a standing seam roof. It was installed 4 years ago by a contractoir who was not communicating. I called Mike on a Friday about my concerns. He came out early the following Monday. He arrived with a smile on his face and was very personable. Mike diagnoed the problems and offered advice as to how to procede. He recommended ventilation solutions and Dehumidification. He patiently spent a good hour offering support. I was extremely greatful for such professional service. We live in a high wind area and shingles were getting ripped off. The old shingles were probably defective because we know of other homes in the area with the same brand and they were getting ripped of too. Mike uses GAF products which are warrantied. That alone was good reason to choose GAF.The crew showed up on time with state of the industry equipment. Finished the job in one day. Expert cleanup too.
