“Very professional service, always on time, you can count on them even in an emergency situation. They helped me when I had a broken pipe next to my well (where other local plumbers were trying to sell me 5K water filters and couldn't figure out I have a pipe problem) and helped with my oil tank failure immediately during the cold weather. Highly recommended!”
“Called at 10pm on a Sunday, they were here by 11. Responsive, professional, prepared. I was walked through every step as it was happening, and even recieved follow up texts. Every question I had was answered without ego, and explained clearly. I can’t wait for a contractor to ask “you got a plumber?” I FINALLY have an answer. Recommend 100%”
“Awesome service. Not once but twice was I in an emergency situation with the heat and both times Bottini sent someone out same day and rectify the issue. Highly recommend!”
