Ashes to Ashes repaired an emergency break of my damper. He found some debris blocking the smooth closing of the damper, cleaned it up, replaced the damper and showed me how to properly use it. Very professional, and great service. Came as promised and returned my call within an hour. A+. Thank you Ashes to Ashes.

I almost never write reviews, but I was *so* appreciative of Angelo and his assistant that I wanted to add my voice of the chorus of folks that recommend Ashes to Ashes. While it took a little while to get an appointment ('tis the season), they did an incredible job. They were more than happy to mask up (I'm immunocompromised), and were super friendly and professional. Angelo explained to me what they were doing at each stage of cleaning and inspecting the chimney, and clearly outlined what repairs they would recommend in what order. When I called to make an appointment, they were booked solidly for the next 6 weeks. So, I was surprised to be contacted by the owner, Angelo, the next day to say he had a service call not far from me. Instead of waiting weeks, I was so grateful that he came to clean/inspect my chimney and wood stove- service was professional, and Angelo and his son-in-law were so nice and friendly. Will def call them again!
