Today was my first-time using DC Appliance Repair. I called late yesterday to book the appointment and Robert the technician was on time and presented himself very professionally. Robert diagnosed the problem quickly and was right on target. The part was available on his truck, and he went right to work. Robert tested the refrigerator and cleaned up his work area. Robert was courteous, professional and explained the problem completely. I would highly recommend DC Appliance Repair for all your appliance needs.
Had a problem with our Whirlpool washing machine. Our service tech, Austin arrived on time, was knowledgeable of the equipment and proceeded to replace the needed parts which were carried in is van. Used to use the repair man from the appliance store where we purchased the washer, but DC Appliance is head a shoulders above the store repair guy. Had good experiences with all of our dealings with DC Apliances
We have used DC Appliance for repairing our dishwasher, washer & dryer and microwave. Always a great experience. Quick, professional, and very reasonably priced. Highly recommend!
